Rose and Sam are inseparable siblings. Still struggling after her divorce, Rose leans on her brother as her greatest source of support. But when Sam is accused of raping a young woman and Rose is called to testify, her unwavering loyalty begins to crack. Could it be that she doesn’t truly know him? Premiering at the Berlinale, Sarah Miro Fischer’s debut examines moral responsibility, guilt, and intimacy – while reminding us that violence can unfold quietly, just behind closed doors.
