2055. Steevyshady, a Youtuber with Botox injections to keep him eternally young, tells the life story of his pop diva idol Mimi Madamour, from the height of her fame in 2005 to the devastating fall from grace caused by her affair with punk icon Billie Kohler. For 50 years, these drama queens have been recounting their passions and frustrations in the spotlight of the stage. Full of references to Jacques Demy and Bob Fosse's musicals, Queens of Drama is also an ode to the fate of the stars of popular culture in the 2000s.
