In the 15th century, Albrun lives in the Alps taking care of a herd of goats since her mother died, twenty years ago. One day, she realizes that there is a sinister presence lurking in the depths of the woods, and fear will make her reality start to progressively acquire the contours of a nightmare. „Hagazussa“ is a story about rural horror, full of age-old fears and beliefs.
