Director
Baltasar Kormákur
Baltasar Kormákur studied drama at Iceland’s National Academy of Arts, and has worked extensively as an actor, producer and director in theatre and film. He is one of the most popular and critically acclaimed actors of the younger generation. But it is as a director and theatre entrepreneur he has really made his name. Several of his films screened at Scanorama, and he himself attended the festival in 2006.
