Vibeke Ringen studied film and television directing in the Volda and Los Angeles, and worked as a director on NRK television. She was previously an assistant director in the production of the Norwegian films The Most Amazing Thing (Det Storste i verden, 2001) and The Strange Little Man (Da jeg traff Jesus ... med sprettert, 2000), and now makes her own films.
