Tragicomedy based on real facts. Famous skier Mattis Nykanen has won everything possible and even more during his career. Four Olympic gold medals, seven victories in world championships, four wins in World Cups, forty-six victories in World Cup rounds. One day the athlete's endless victories came to an end - he left the big sport. But for Machi, jumping with skis seemed to be a lot easier than living. Alcohol dependence, several marriages with the resulting problems, petty crimes, uncontrolled outbursts of aggression… Attendance at this film in Finland and Sweden exceeded all expectations.
