Keld's life is a routine. After 25 years of living together, he is left by his wife. The man visits a Chinese restaurant almost daily to dine. The restaurant owner persuades him to marry his sister from China. That's what happens. A gentle relationship is established between the two crushed and fragile people. But the mystery that suddenly came to the fore dramatically ends this story full of gentle humor.

Henrikas Rubenas Genzas gimė 1959 metais Danijoje. 1995-aisiais baigė Danijos kino mokyklą. Jo trumpametražis filmas „Broli, mano broli“ (2000) tapo tarptautinių festivalių numylėtiniu, pelnė prizą Berlyno festivalyje ir buvo nominuotas „Oskarui“. Pirmasis režisieriaus pilnametražis filmas „Toks kaip Hoderis“ (2003) taip pat buvo populiarus festivaliuose. Juosta apdovanota Buenos Airėse, Čikagoje, Londone, Zline ir kitur. Filmas „Kinės vyras“ (2005) jau apkeliavo daugiau kaip 20 tarptautinių kino festivalių, jį rodė „Scanorama“.
